🎄 Bicycle Workshop Ltd – Christmas Club Terms & Conditions

1. Joining the Christmas Club

• A 10–20% deposit is required to secure your chosen bike or product under our Christmas Club.
• The deposit guarantees that the item will be held for you until the final payment date.
• You can join in-store or by phone — simply choose your bike, pay the deposit, and we’ll reserve it for you.

2. Payments

• Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on what suits you best.
• All balances must be paid in full by Tuesday, 23rd December to ensure Christmas collection.
• Payments are interest-free, with no credit checks required.
• You may make additional payments at any time to pay off your balance early.

3. Storage & Collection

• Bicycle Workshop Ltd will store your item safely until full payment is received.
• Once your balance is paid in full, your bike will be fully built, safety-checked, and ready for collection.
• Customers can book a collection date that suits them, any time up to and including 23rd December.
• Please contact us in advance if you wish to collect before that date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel your Christmas Club before full payment, your deposit will be forfeited to cover administrative and stocking costs.
• Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded as store credit or at management’s discretion.
• If an item becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or suitable replacement will be offered.

5. Late or Missed Payments

• If regular payments stop without notice, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
• We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before cancelling your order.

6. Product Changes

• You may change your selected bike or product before the final payment date, subject to availability and any price difference.
• Any changes after the balance is fully paid may be treated as a new purchase.

7. Ownership

• Goods remain the property of Bicycle Workshop Ltd until payment has been received in full.
• Items will not be released until all balances are cleared.

8. General

• Christmas Club purchases are not eligible for additional discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Participation in the Christmas Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
